Building on the success of Sentinel Totus² Demand Energy Recovery Ventilation (D-ERV) Vent-Axia has launched a range of simplified heat recovery ventilation units. Part of the Roof Units range, the new Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) series of heat recovery units covers airflow from 500 to 1500m³/hr. Offering basic controls and functionality the ERV units are designed for projects that require cost-effective heat recovery ventilation without the complexities of Demand Ventilation Control.

Two Sussex-based firms, low-carbon ventilation manufacturer Vent-Axia and ventilation contractor Service Vent have teamed up with Berkshire-based ventilation specialist, Manrose Manufacturing, to improve the indoor air quality of the home of Georgina Smith, a five-year old girl from Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, who has a rare heart condition.

The UK’s leading ventilation manufacturer received the accolade of Innovative Residential/Domestic Product of the Year for its Silent Fan at a gala ceremony held at The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London. Attended by over 350 Industry guests the event was hosted by comedian John Moloney.
