The move follows the Autumn appointment of the company’s new Group Sales Director, Derek Gow, who joined Vent-Axia from the major construction equipment brand, Hilti.

Vent-Axia has launched its new range of Long Cased and Bifurcated Axial fans which replaces its previous BIF and LC products.

Derek joins Vent-Axia from the position of Director of Sales at Hilti, the global provider of leading-edge power tools, fixing systems, containment, fire protection and other services to the construction industry. With 17 years at Hilti, many spent as a key member of the company’s UK Leadership Team, Derek will bring a wealth of experience and professionalism to his new role at Vent-Axia.

The North Middlesex University Hospital in London is undergoing a major renovation programme to improve its facilities for patients and create a better environment for staff. Confirmation that the renewable heat incentive will be delivered 2011-12 was contained in the comprehensive spending review announced by the Government on the 20th October 2010.
