Vent-Axia, leaders in air management technology, has launched the next generation of its popular ACM In-Line Mixed Flow Fans. Drawing on its wealth of ventilation expertise Vent-Axia has developed the new ACM range in response to market demands for an even more energy efficient in-line mixed flow fan, with lower sound levels and simplified installation. The new ACM range therefore offers up to 8dBA noise reduction, thus providing the quietest mixed flow fans on the market, while boasting the best performance and easiest installation .
Suitable for most domestic and commercial applications, particularly where space is limited, the ACM range’s compact size makes the fans ideal for refurbishments and in restricted ceiling voids. Designed for use with rigid and flexibility ductwork the new In-Line Mixed Flow Fans consist of three sizes: 100, 125 and 150mm. The ACM range can offer almost two and a half times the pressure development of conventional axial fans making them ideal for ducted applications.

Vent-Axia’s new ACM In-Line Mixed Flow Fans come with two speed setting options; high and low speed, which can be selected at installation. Easy to install, the fan unit comprises a separate footplate which can be fixed before connecting to the unit’s chassis. In addition, the fan unit has detachable spigots allowing the installer to connect the ducting before connecting to the chassis, while the chassis also rotates to provide easy accessibility when wiring in tight spaces.
The ACM range complements Vent-Axia’s Lo-Carbon™ collection of energy saving ventilation solutions. The aim of the Lo-Carbon™ initiative is to offer the latest low carbon ventilation technology in order to reduce building in use energy consumption and so carbon emissions.
