Employees at Sussex-based Vent-Axia, the UK’s leading ventilation company, are set to support Movember to help break the silence and raise vital funds for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer. At the beginning of November, male members of staff at Vent-Axia will become Mo Bros for 30 days, as they pledge to support the global charity initiative Movember, which is committed to ‘changing the face of men’s health’, one moustache at a time!, Mo Bros will start November with clean-shaven faces, then grow and groom their moustaches, to become ‘walking, talking billboards’ that raise awareness of two often-overlooked men’s health issues, prostate and testicular cancer.
Vent-Axia staff based at both the firm’s Crawley and Dudley manufacturing plants will take part in Movember, with the Mo Bros supported by the Mo Sistas. But, keen to spread the Movember word Vent-Axia is also encouraging its Electrical Wholesalers and Electrical Contractors to come on board. Wholesalers who would like to join Vent-Axia’s Movember campaign should visit http://MoBro.co/ventaxiacustomer where they can register to join the Vent-Axia team. Once signed up electrical wholesalers and their customers can enter Vent-Axia’s Movember competition to find the best picture of a Mo Bros moustache. At the end of the month Vent-Axia will pick a winner and give the winning electrician and their electrical wholesaler each a fantastic prize.
